Granitestone 12" Round Fry Pan - Non-Stick Granite Coating

I purchased a 12" fry pan. It was delivered quickly. Quality is terrific, "strong". And I love the blue colour.

What you see in their TV ads are nothing like their product. It is far from nonstick, in fact everything sticks to it. The whole ad campaign is false.

Pan is warped and uneven. I suspect this is the same thing another person called a "dent". But this kind of problem could only happen when the metal was soft. So in-factory quality control is basically a problem for Granitestone right now. Both of the other items in my order were also defective. I ordered a 12" lid, and they sent an 11" lid with packaging calling it 12". There are dozens of people complaining of the same thing. Finally, my third item was also misshapen, if not as badly. This is the third order I've made from Granitestone and the first time there has been any problem, but this order was a total disaster.

Oh, I accidentally left this at five stars initially and was rewarded with an email for 20% off. To paraphrase Groucho Marx, "the products are all defective, but the coupons are great!"

Cooks great and is most definitely non-stick. This pan is thicker than most so I expect it not to warp over time as most other, thinner pans do.
