Love them so far!!!

I've had it for over a year now..

I share TIPS within as well... PROS: Washing is SO easy. + Still non-stick after over a year! + Not afraid to burn things, I find it more difficult to burn my food in this pan for some reason? I still get the same internal temperatures, but not quick to burn. Though it can crisp easy with oil/butter!! See image attached.
SLIGHTLY RELEVANT CON: When cooking eggs in a pan, try to fry them. As in, try to use oil/butter. You don't *have to* but it tastes like boiled egg if you try to "fry" them without any oil/butter.

I hope Robert a few reviews below is okay. That's never happened to my family, thank God! I really wonder how it happened. Please make sure to read the manual. Don't try start the pan at really high temperatures- the provided manual states something similar to that! I've never dared do it, but I always work my way up to reasonable high heat from my gas burner! We always do it. I've never gone higher than a certain point with our older pans either. It is not a pan that can go in the oven either, so I would assume it would not be able to withstand pizza-oven heats. I gifted this to my family over a year ago, and I'm amazed each time we cook. Especially every morning when I fry eggs and see that they're still capable of flying from one side of the pan to the other! It's so funny. Thicker liquids are hilarious to cook with as well! It's as if they are scared of the pan haha. Washing is relieving. Just the soft side of a sponge is needed, and there is very little effort and water necessary. Only soapy sponge. There are no real negatives, but for sure is different than most pans. Also, when it comes to scratching the pan- try not to. We haven't seen any scratches so far, but because we try take care of any purchase. It lasts long as a non-stick pan, but that does not mean to abuse the investment is any fault of the manufacturer. Everyday wear-and-tear has yet to be seen by me, though we use them several times a day! We only use our old pans for boring things like boiling water or heating up tortillas. Granitestone is our go-to! I found this pan through a YouTube review from "Freakin' Reviews" and was shocked when he had shown the pan after a year, then 2 years later as well! Now it's been longer. So crazy to see that it still is as advertised after so long. For over a year with our family, I hope to see it just as great for just as long as he has his! Happy cooking!
