No sharp objects allowed. A better coating would help if possible but on the good side the weight compared to other Dutch ovens is awesome.

Bought as a gift!

I loved mine so much that I got one for my good friend. It evenly cooks the food and intensifies the flavors with the self-basting lid. Then the clean up is sooo easy by the dish washer. I got silicone knob cover & handle covers so I didn’t burn my fingers while taking the lid off & also to hold one of handles while stirring. Best pot I have ever owned. The 6.5qt pot seems to hold more than it says.
