I was so pleased with the set I received in December, I ordered a set for my daughter.

I’ve been trying to return my unused purchase of a 13 piece cookware set for a month with no luck. There is no 800 number to call. I completed the online return form expecting to receive a shipping label. Instead I received an email instructing me to click the enclosed link to complete some information. I clicked the link and it took me to a new return form page. Circular logic. This went on forever. Every email I received just sent me back to step one. There is no Contact Us page on the website. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My advice is to stay away or be prepared to kiss your money goodbye

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She’s been wanting a new set for years. I surprised her with this and its worth every last penny. Aside from not being over safe (we have a set we can use for that) we’re extremely pleased. It says it’s dishwasher safe but it’s completely unnecessary. Literally nothing sticks to these. I give them a quick rinse and scrub in the sink once I’ve used them and it’s good to go from there. They’re lightweight, durable, and the color richness and pattern is perfect for a country theme. These pots and pans are one of the best kitchen purchases we’ve ever made. Extremely pleased!
