I ordered the roaster slong with the knife set. I received the knives but a hose instead of the roaster. I tried to find a way to contact your customer service but everything was thru chat and it wouldnt accept the wrong item shipped to me. I was unable to find a contact phone number, on the shipping invoice or the website to speak to a person in regards to my order mix up. It was very frustrating so I just gave up.
We love using the roaster. It is easy to clean.
Cooked well, but the handles on the sides and lid are coated with something else that melted and ruined my hot pads. Would NOT buy this again, haven't heard anything from customer service on this either.

The roasting pan keeps everything nice and moist lowers cooking time I would bu it again.
