Overall happy, no need for spray. I received as a gift for Xmas but I never use metal utensils on it, only silicon spatula. I use the small fry pan once or twice a week and even though I keep pads in between when storing it has 2 deep scratches. Not happy about that. The reason for only 2 stars
Best cookware of all time
On May 2, 2023, I sent them pictures of damaged sauce and frying pans, proof of purchase, where I bought their item and was told I was to receive a replacement in 2 weeks. In late June I was sent baking pans, things that were not damaged in my order. I then sent them the pictures and everything I listed above again and still have not received anything, not even a reply. It's now July 3rd and I still have no replacements. I feel they are ignoring me and I probably won't receive the replacement pans that I originally requested.
Trying to find my order; haven’t received it yet.
This was the best investment ever, it cooks everything perfectly without sticking, I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have it!
